Our Inspiring Journey
Radhka Foundation for Assisted Living (RFAL) was born from a deeply personal journey of love and determination. Founded by siblings Lakshya Chandna and Divya Chandna, our story began with Divya's daughter, Radhka, who is differently abled. Witnessing the challenges faced by special needs individuals and their families first-hand, we were inspired to create a nurturing space where everyone could thrive.
The Beginning
On July 7th, 2019, Radhka's birthday, we took the first step toward realizing our vision. What started as a dream to help one child has grown into a comprehensive facility that now serves 56 students, ranging from 5 to 35+ years old. Our journey hasn't been easy, but every challenge has only strengthened our resolve to make a difference.
Our Growth
From our humble beginnings, we've expanded our services to include RGV Home Society, where families can live nearby their loved ones receiving care. We've also established a small shop where our students can learn practical work skills, helping them gain confidence and independence.
Our journey continues as we work tirelessly to create more opportunities and break down barriers for the special needs community. We believe in a future where every individual, regardless of ability, can lead a fulfilling and independent life.
